The Book Roost
Your donated books, and our sorting and organization, provide yet another way for St. Vincent de Paul to generate funds to assist those in need in the Dayton area.
The Book Roost is a recently-reorganized book sales program for our Dayton-area thrift stores located on Salem Ave. and Edwin C. Moses Blvd.. Both locations feature a mini-library feel, with a warm and inviting atmosphere for book lovers who seek great books at a great price. For your browsing pleasure, we have many titles of fiction (hardback and paperback), and non-fiction of many categories: Health, Educational, Religious, Cookbooks, and much, much more. In fact, between the two store locations, each day we offer around 5,000 books to choose from!
Sales have been strong for our enhanced and expanded program. Please consider St. Vincent de Paul when you are getting rid of your unwanted books, and help us continue to grow and raise more funds to help our neighbors.
“The Book Roost” at St. Vincent de Paul would be most happy to accept your unwanted books.
