Step 1: Gather Donations – Unload Your Clutter!

Please make sure all items are gently used, clean, and functional! If items aren’t in good enough shape for your own use, they most likely won’t be accepted by St. Vincent de Paul.

Accepted Donation Items

Gently used clothing for adults & children
Home & office furniture (couches/sofas, love seats, tables, chairs, small desks, etc.)
Working electronics
Appliances (washers & dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.)
Household goods (dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc.)
Blankets, bed sheets & towels
Tools & yard equipment
Used toys & working electronics
Jewelry, purses & other fashion accessories
Books or media like CD’s & DVD’s
Televisions less than 10 years old

Clothing in poor condition
Computers over 3 years old
Paint or flammables
Stuffed animals
Sofa beds
Large desks
Dressers over 4 feet long
Pianos
Blinds without brackets
Ammunition & firearms
Used mattresses or box springs

Donation Drop-Off

Bring donations to our 24/7 donation dock located at our shelter at 120 W Apple St.
Bring donations to our CityThrift dock at 945 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Dayton, OH 45417, Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Dock is located to the side of the building to the left of the entrance.
Or drop off items at any of our 4 donation boxes throughout the Dayton area
